In the many years that we have owned the building, our staff and customers became aware of some very unusual happenings in the store. Lights that we turned off at night would be lit when we arrived to open up the next morning. Music would be loudly playing on the intercom system when we opened in the morning. Several years ago there was a professional investigation by the P.E.E.R. paranormal investigators group that disclosed some remarkable proof that all the inhabitants were not human.
In the picture on the left that was taken by the P.E.E.R. group, a male investigator stands in the middle of a mirror at Golden Lane. There is an image looking over his left shoulder, staring at the camera. There is another image on his right shoulder. Both of these forms are apparitions or ghosts. Note that the image on the left shoulder even appears to be wearing glasses. This type of full bodied apparition is the most rare of all paranormal forms.
